Gray rock treatment

Imagine being such a raving narcissist, that you try and persuade Xi Jinping that you in fact aren't an overweight umpa lumpa. 

I saw some footage of Mamdani listing to his "I'm great" blather, and then he just says lets walk over here. He gives off such a king without any clothes vibe. I'm pretty sure Xi Jinping gives him the gray rock treatment. 

Someone was obsessed with 9/11 on Reddit, and I thought this response was too sarcastic to put online:

(Read with an ominous narrator voice) Everything changed that day. If you could fly airplanes into buildings, what else could you do? Did people feel weird after the Vietnam war? Did everyone feel different after the Revolutionary War? Did everyone feel different after that building was blown up in Oklahoma City by an indigenous wacko? Every moment is a new moment, and an opportunity to embrace your circumstances. You could work in a really cool building and then crazy stuff like this could happen. It doesn't happen every day or every month, or every year, every decade even. It was a pretty dramatic event 24 years ago if you lived in NYC. Most people don't consider NYC even part of America, for ideological reasons. In the religious south they see it more like Sodom and Gomorrah. Some people see the east coast corridor as what's wrong with America, we should listen to the farmers instead of those people. There's all kinds of wacky ways of seeing America. Israel has launched a war to wipe out Gaza based on half the amount of deaths as 9/11. It's making people hate Ed Sheeran, his family doesn't like him anymore, the poor bloke. People should be able to suck up to Zionists without repercussions, this war is about survival, so they have to kill a lot of little children.
