I get it that some people's one political idea is that they hate the federal government with a white hot fury, and the appeal of Trump over Harris not only was a white man over a brown woman, but also had some republican restraint to liberalism.
So you got what we got, and you regret it now. The internalized abusive leader is outside you now and when you see it in the clear light of day, you don't like it.
So just hold your nose, vote democrat in the midterms and he's going to resign and Vance will pardon him, and you can pretend he didn't commit a zillion crimes and ruin and grift America, set it back 70 years, which you'd like in the 50's post racial America where they pretended race was solved, but it's still not solved because white supremacy wasn't a deal breaker for you.
Now we can build towards a democratic socialist who will only push the already existing socialism in America to the max a democracy will allow and will avoid totalitarianism, which was the real problem with communism, not the socialism, in order to rebuild and save America after the current regime's wreckage.
